Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, email us at support@brightbin.store with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed.
Because our seals are adhesive, items that have been installed or had their backing removed can't be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and most banks post them within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
