Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days after processing. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the package is handed to the carrier.

Multiple packages

We pack each order together whenever possible. Occasionally an order may arrive in more than one package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@brightbin.store and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships.
